The set of documents includes: 1) a cover letter; 2) application for funds; and, 3) the actual guidance. The complete set of documents is available on the ED ARRA website at the following URL: http://www.ed.gov/policy/gen/leg/recovery/index.html.

Any awards from ARRA funds will have reporting requirements in additional to usual ones for that agency or program and accounting for funds must be separated accordingly.
